A History with Roots
Created in 1945 under the name Cooperativa Unión Agraria del Campo Santo Cristo (later changed to Bodegas Santo Cristo, then Crianzas y Viñedos Santo Cristo s. Coop), the winery belongs to the Campo de Borja P.D.O., Grenache territory par excellence. In the heart of Aragon and at the foot of Moncayo, the ideal conditions for growing Grenache are found here for quality wines.
Growing for progress
In 2015 they joined the CSC Group together with several wineries of other denominations, allowing them to embark on a process of modernisation and a strategy of innovation at a productive and commercial level, taking a leap forward in their international expansion.
Joining forces
Bodegas Ainzón is a cooperative of winegrowers committed to their people and their region. Together, they create jobs and wealth and preserve unique landscapes and ancient vineyards.
Respecting tradition, moving forward with the times
This development has led to the emergence of new wines such as Flor de Añón, notably Verdejo and organic wine, which complements other prestigious and well-known wines such as Terrazas del Moncayo and Flor de Cayus.
In 2019, they changed their name to Bodegas Ainzón, as an expression of their commitment to the district and their local roots.
